Lowongan Legal Officer
We are a Coal Mine company operating in Samboja – Handil Kutai Kartanegara require employees who will fill the position as:
LEGAL OFFICER
(Samboja – Handil, Kutai Kartanegara)
Responsibilities:
Handling of Legal Affairs relating to employment, corporate, business and project activities;
Negotiation, drafting, and reviewing all forms of agreements and instruments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Provides general corporate documents;
Providing practical legal advice, complete, and thorough to management or other affiliates / subsidiaries / departments of any relevant internal legal matters existing or potential;
Maintain compliance with permits and licenses;
Managing and working with external advisors (notaries, law firms, governments and institutions).
Handling permits for mining permits government agencies
Requirements:
Women / Men, Max. 35 Years Old
Candidates should have at least a law degree from reputable University (Masters Degree / Post Graduate would be beneficial)
At least 2 year (s) of experience working in a leading law firm or a mining company
Thoroughly understand the laws and legislation relating to employment, mining, company cooperation agreements in force in Indonesia (Update)
Mastering the English language both oral and written
computer literate
Demonstrated ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships
Reliable and initiatives with good planning and self-management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Willing to live and work at the Site (East Kalimantan)
